How to Download BlueStacks for PC
How to download and install BlueStacks?
It is easy to download and install BlueStacks from the official website of the program and while installing follow step-by-step instructions of the installation wizard. Unlike other Android Emulators that normally request installing some additional programs, such as Java, JDK, or SDK, the only thing that installation of BlueStacks App Player requires is having an account with Google.
BlueStacks installation wizard will enable you to select the space on the disk where it will be installed, as well as the preferred language.
Download BlueStacks App Player from the official BlueStacks website. You may also download the archive with BlueStacks following this link – and after that run the .exe or .msi file. This offline installation setup of BlueStacks will run on Windows XP / VISTA / 7 / 8 OS. If your PC does not have .NET framework 3.5 installed, you will be offered to install it before you can proceed with BlueStacks installation.
Follow the instructions of the installation wizard – and you will get BlueStacks App Player within only several minutes.
After the installation process is complete, there will be three shortcuts on the desktop: ‘Start BlueStacks’ (that actually starts the Android Emulator), ‘Apps’ (that allows to download Android apps and games), and ‘BlueStacks’ (used for program updates). Double-click the ‘Start BlueStacks’ shortcut in order to run the program. A window will open with the installed games and applications, and with a toolbar on top.
